Payment
- Classes cannot begin until full payment is received.
Students pay for Tutoring Services by opting for the required level of course and number of sessions / hours. Mode of payment will be UPI scan. The student is supposed to share the screenshot or the transaction id of payment.
Cancellation / Amendment
- The student has to inform the trainer one day before the cancellation / Amendment of the session for the smooth functioning of the classes. In case he / she fail to do so the session will be considered as a conducted session.
Punctuality - If you are late for a session, the teacher will remain available for the whole session duration from the agreed start time. The decision to add extra time at the end of the session will be at the teacher’s discretion. In the unlikely event that the teacher is late, the teacher must add any extra time at the end of the lesson or at a later date of your convenience.
Course expiry date - The student must complete his/her sessions in given time frame as per the subscription of the chosen course. In case he/ she is not able to do the same due to any circumstance, he/ she can avail an extra week to complete the sessions.
- 20 sessions subscription will last one month
- 40 sessions subscription will last two months
- 60 sessions subscription will last three months
- Any session not taken within this period will be lost so it is important to make sure you take all your sessions within the time frame.
Teachers/Trainers
- We recommend trying different trainers in case you experience that you are not able to connect with the trainer due to any issue.
We recommend trying different teachers so that you experience a variety of English accents and methodology, which will help your progress.

Refund Policy
Purchased courses are non-refundable, If you feel you have been charged in error, please contact Affluent English at info@affluentenglish.com. A refund request must be received by Affluent English within ten (10) days of the charge in order to be considered.
Timing
If you terminate your sessions without any prior information, no refund will be made for the pending sessions.
General
All fees are non-refundable. All fees are payable in Indian National Rupees (INR). Fees displayed to you are exclusive of any taxes that may be due in connection with such fees.
You can go through the website for details about fee structure for all the courses. The same amount will be charged as per the course chosen by you.
Before you take full-fledged enrolment, you may also enrol yourself for one day paid demo session to avail our services.
You pay fees as mentioned on the website otherwise you pay the number for customized courses/services with mutual discussion and mutual agreement with us.
In case you don’t find the classes productive, you may provide feedback to the management
You may ask for refund only in case, if we fail to respond to your feedback within a week. You can claim your refund via writing us an Email to Info@affluentenglish.com
The reasons must be acceptable to claim your refund as per our refund policy
No other excuses / reasons will be entertained apart from trainer and training quality. Therefore no refund request will be accepted.
